This Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2)(b) and (c) of the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 and all other powers enabling His Majesty to do so.
In accordance with section 24(2) of that Act a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.

Accordingly, His Majesty is pleased, by and with the advice of His Privy Council, to order as follows.
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 Amendment Order 2025 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it was made.
Amendment of the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002

(1) Part 2 of schedule 2 (listed authorities: entries amendable by Order in Council) of the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 is amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (4).
(2) After paragraph 32AA (the Principal Reporter) insert—“
32AAA. 
Quality Meat Scotland.”.
(3) After paragraph 48 (Scottish Natural Heritage) insert—“
48A. 
The Scottish Pubs Code Adjudicator.”.
(4) The following provisions are repealed—
(a) paragraph 58 (British Potato Council),
(b) paragraph 72 (Home-Grown Cereals Authority),
(c) paragraph 73 (Horticultural Development Council),
(d) paragraph 77 (Meat and Livestock Commission), and
(e) paragraph 78 (Milk Development Council).
