The Quality of Bathing Water (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2025

Coming into operation 31st May 2025

The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(2) of the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (“2023 Act”).

The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs is a relevant national authority for the purposes of section 14(2) of the 2023 Act.
Citation and commencement
1 
These Regulations may be cited as the Quality of Bathing Water (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2025 and shall come into operation on 31st May 2025.
Interpretation
2 
The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 applies to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
