The National Smart Ticketing Advisory Board (Public Services Reform) (Scotland) Order 2024
Made 24th April 2024
Coming into force 27th April 2024

The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15(2)(a) of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 25(3)(a) and (4) of that Act, they have consulted the National Smart Ticketing Advisory Board.
In accordance with section 25(3)(b)(ii) of that Act, they have laid before the Scottish Parliament an explanatory document prepared in accordance with section 25(5).

In accordance with section 25(3)(b)(i) and (c) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the National Smart Ticketing Advisory Board (Public Services Reform) (Scotland) Order 2024 and comes into force on 27 April 2024.

In the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010, in schedule 5 (improvement of public functions: listed bodies), under the heading “Scottish public authorities with mixed functions or no reserved functions”, after the entry relating to any National Park authority insert—“National Smart Ticketing Advisory Board”
