The Norfolk Vanguard Offshore Wind Farm (Amendment) Order 2023
Made 13th December 2023
Coming into force 14th December 2023

An application has been made, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 6 to the Planning Act 2008, to the Secretary of State in accordance with the Infrastructure Planning (Changes to, and Revocation of, Development Consent Orders) Regulations 2011 (“the 2011 Regulations”) for a non-material change to the Norfolk Vanguard Offshore Wind Farm Order 2022.
The Secretary of State, having considered the application, the responses to the publicity and consultation required by regulations 6 and 7 of the 2011 Regulations , has decided to make the change on terms that in the opinion of the Secretary of State are not materially different from those proposed in the application.

Accordingly, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers in paragraph 2(1) and (9) of Schedule 6 to the Planning Act 2008, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Norfolk Vanguard Offshore Wind Farm (Amendment) Order 2023 and comes into force on 14th December 2023.
Amendment to The Norfolk Vanguard Offshore Wind Farm Order 2022
2 
The Norfolk Vanguard Offshore Wind Farm Order 2022 is amended in accordance with this Order.
Amendment to Part 3 (Requirements) of Schedule 1 (Authorised Project)

In Part 3 (Requirements) of Schedule 1 (Authorised Project), in paragraph 16(18), for “must not exceed two” substitute “must not exceed four”.
