The Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Farnborough) Regulations 2022
Made at 8.41 p.m. on 8th March 2022
Coming into force with immediate effect

The Secretary of State has decided it is necessary in the public interest to restrict flying at Farnborough Airport by aircraft of the type specified in regulation 2(1).

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by article 239 of the Air Navigation Order 2016, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Farnborough) Regulations 2022 and they come into force with immediate effect.
Restricted airspace

(1) Subject to paragraph (2), no aeroplane of the type Bombardier BD700-1A10 and which is operated by Global Jet Luxembourg S.A. is to depart from Farnborough Airport.
(2) Paragraph (1) does not apply to any aircraft flying with the permission of the Secretary of State.
