The Mink and Coypus (Revocations) (England) Regulations 2015

Coming into force 6th April 2015
The Secretary of State, with the approval of the Treasury, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Destructive Imported Animals Act 1932, as applied under section 10 of that Act in relation to mink by the Mink Keeping (Prohibition) (England) Order 2004 and in relation to coypus by the Coypus (Prohibition on Keeping) Order 1987.
Citation, commencement and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Mink and Coypus (Revocations) (England) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 6th April 2015.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to England only.
