The Plant Health (Import Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2015

Coming into force 1st January 2016
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 56(1) and (2) of the Finance Act 1973  and all other powers enabling them to do so.
Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Plant Health (Import Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2015 and come into force on 1st January 2016.
(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
