The Transfer of Functions (Food) (Wales) Regulations 2014

Coming into force 23 May 2014

The Welsh Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 6(4), 16(1)(e) and (f), 17(1) and (2), 26(1)(a) and (3) and 48(1) of the Food Safety Act 1990.

In accordance with section 48(4A) of that Act, the Welsh Ministers have had regard to relevant advice given by the Food Standards Agency.
Title, commencement and application
1 

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Transfer of Functions (Food) (Wales) Regulations 2014.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 23 May 2014 and apply in relation to Wales.
