The Forest Law Enforcement, Governance and Trade (Amendment) (Fees) Regulations 2014

Coming into force 1st October 2014
The Secretary of State, with the consent of the Treasury, makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 56(1) of the Finance Act 1973.
Citation and commencement
1 
These Regulations may be cited as the Forest Law Enforcement, Governance and Trade (Amendment) (Fees) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 1st October 2014.
Amendment of the Forest Law Enforcement, Governance and Trade Regulations 2012

(1) The Forest Law Enforcement, Governance and Trade Regulations 2012 are amended as follows.
(2) After regulation 5 insert—“
Fee for the verification of a FLEGT licence
5A. 

(1) A person applying for verification of a FLEGT licence by the Secretary of State must pay a fee of £31.
(2) The fee must be paid—
(a) in relation to each application,
(b) to the Secretary of State, and
(c) when the application is made.”.
