The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 411 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and section 159(3) of the Energy Act 2004 as applied by section 96 of the Energy Act 2011, with the concurrence of the Secretary of State, and after consulting the committee existing for that purpose under section 413 of the Insolvency Act 1986, makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement

These Rules may be cited as the Energy Supply Company Administration (Amendment) Rules 2013 and shall come into force on 19th December 2013.
Amendment of the Energy Supply Company Administration Rules 2013

In rule 10 of the Energy Supply Company Administration Rules 2013 (manner in which service to be effected)—
(a) in paragraph (6)(a) for “Part 4 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000” substitute “Part 4A of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000”; and
(b) in paragraph (6)(b)(ii)(bb) after “Part 4” insert “or Part 4A”.
