Flood Risk Management
The Flood Risk Management (Designated Responsible Authorities) (Scotland) Order 2013
Made 5th November 2013
Laid before the Scottish Parliament 7th November 2013
Coming into force 21st December 2013

The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1)(c) of the Flood Risk Management (Scotland) Act 2009.

In accordance with section 5(2) of that Act, they have consulted SEPA, every responsible authority, the public bodies and office-holders who will be responsible authorities by virtue of this Order, and such other persons as they consider appropriate.
Citation and commencement
1 
This Order may be cited as the Flood Risk Management (Designated Responsible Authorities) (Scotland) Order 2013 and comes into force on 21st December 2013.
Designated responsible authorities
2 
The following public bodies and office-holders are designated for the purposes of section 5(1)(c) of the Flood Risk Management (Scotland) Act 2009—
(a) the Cairngorms National Park Authority;
(b) The Forestry Commissioners; and
(c) the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park Authority.
