The National Library of Scotland Act 2012 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2013

Coming into force 28th June 2013
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(2) of the National Library of Scotland Act 2012 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
Citation and commencement
1 
This Order may be cited as the National Library of Scotland Act 2012 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2013 and comes into force on 28th June 2013.

In Part I of Schedule 2 to the Scotland Act 1998 (Consequential Modifications) (No. 2) Order 1999 (modifications of Acts of Parliament), omit paragraph 13.
The Protection of Charities Assets (Exemption) (Scotland) Order 2006

In Part 1 of the Schedule to the Protection of Charities Assets (Exemption) (Scotland) Order 2006 (property of bodies specified for the purposes of section 19(8) of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005), for “The Trustees of the National Library of Scotland” substitute “National Library of Scotland”.
The Scottish Statutory Instruments Regulations 2011

In the Scottish Statutory Instruments Regulations 2011, in—
(a) regulation 7(1) (printing copies of instruments for the National Library of Scotland), in—
(i) sub-paragraph (a), omit “the authorities controlling”; and
(ii) sub-paragraph (b), for “if the authorities controlling that library have not specified an address” substitute “if no such address has been specified”; and
(b) regulation 11(2)(b) (draft instruments: publishing and printing), in—
(i) paragraph (i), omit “the authorities controlling”; and
(ii) paragraph (ii), for “if the authorities controlling that library have not specified an address” substitute “if no such address has been specified”.
