The Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and the Secretary of State concerned with the sea fishing industry in Northern Ireland, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15(3) of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967, and now vested in them, make the following Order.
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Lyme Bay Designated Area (Fishing Restrictions) (Amendment) Order 2009; it comes into force on 31st July 2009.
Amendment of the Lyme Bay Designated Area (Fishing Restrictions) Order 2008

(1) The Lyme Bay Designated Area (Fishing Restrictions) Order 2008 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (2) of article 3 omit “or disembarkation”.
