The Sheep and Goats (Identification and Traceability) (Scotland) Revocation Regulations 2009

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
Citation and commencement
1 
These Regulations may be cited as the Sheep and Goats (Identification and Traceability) (Scotland) Revocation Regulations 2009 and come into force on 31st December 2009.
Revocations and savings
2 

(1) The enactments specified in Column 1 of the Schedule are revoked.
(2) The enactments specified in Column 1 of the Schedule continue to have effect in relation to anything done, anything begun or any right or liability acquired under or by virtue of any provision of those enactments prior to these Regulations coming into force.
