The Plant Health Fees (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2005

Coming into force 5th December 2005
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1 
These Regulations may be cited as the Plant Health Fees (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 5th December 2005.
Amendment to the Plant Health Fees (Scotland) Regulations 1996
2 
For Schedule 2 (fees in respect of licensing services) to the Plant Health Fees (Scotland) Regulations 1996 substitute Schedule 2 as contained in the Schedule to these Regulations.

The inspection of premises or of articles for import, per day (where not included under paragraph 1 above)–
