Cinematograph (Safety) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004

Coming into operation 1st November 2004
The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 6(2) of the Cinemas (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 and now vested in it and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Cinematograph (Safety) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2004.
Amendment of the Cinematograph (Safety) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1965

(1) The Cinematograph (Safety) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1965 shall be amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In –
(a) regulation 8(1), for “twenty-one” there shall be substituted “eighteen”;
(b) regulation 8(2), for “twenty-one” there shall be substituted “eighteen”;
(c) regulation 31, for “twenty one” there shall be substituted “eighteen”;
(d) regulation 36(7)(a), for “twenty-one” there shall be substituted “eighteen”;
(e) regulation 45(1), for “twenty-one” there shall be substituted “eighteen”.
