Bus Permits (Designated Bodies) (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2000
Made 31st October 2000
Coming into operation 14th December 2000
The Department of the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 10B(6) of the Transport Act (Northern Ireland) 1967, and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, and it appearing to the Department that the bodies designated under Article 2 are bodies concerned with education, religion, social welfare, recreation, or other activities of benefit to the community, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Bus Permits (Designated Bodies) (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2000 and shall come into operation on 14th December 2000.
Amendment of the Bus Permits (Designated Bodies) (Northern Ireland) Order 1994

In the Schedule to the Bus Permits (Designated Bodies) (Northern Ireland) Order 1994, after item numbers 4, 16 and 20 there shall be inserted the following items respectively—“
4A. The Air Training Corps N.I. Wing HQ Depot Road Belfast Harbour Estate BELFAST BFPO 806 Bodies comprised in the designated body.
16A. Community Transport Association Graham House Knockbracken Healthcare Park Saintfield Road BELFAST BT8 8BH Bodies which are members of the designated body.
20A. The Guide Association Lorne House Station Road Craigavad HOLYWOOD BT18 0BP Bodies which are members of the designated body.”.
