An Act to explain “The Defence Act, 1860.”

 Interpretation of words “barns, hovels”, &c.
1 
The words “barns, hovels, and other like structures of wood” in the thirty-fourth section of the said Act shall be construed to mean only such barns and hovels as are constructed altogether of wood, and are used for the shelter of cattle or sheep, or for the storage of agricultural produce, or for some other like agricultural purpose.
 Act and recited Act to be construed together.

This Act may be read and construed as part of the said recited Act.
