 Powers of recorder of the Great Roll vested in Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer.

The powers and authorities now vested by law in the recorder of the great roll or clerk of the pipe of Scotland shall be transferred and be vested in the lord treasurer’s remembrancer of the Exchequer of Scotland for the time being, who is hereby required to perform all such duties as are now performed by the recorder of the great roll or clerk of the pipe.
