(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Personal Injuries (NHS Charges) (Amounts) (Amendment) Regulations 2025.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st October 2025.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.

In Schedule 1 to the Personal Injuries (NHS Charges) (Amounts) Regulations 2015, for the existing table, substitute the following table—“
