These Regulations may be cited as the Rural Support (Simplification and Improvement) (Data Publication) (Scotland) Regulations 2025 and come into force on 1 January 2026.

(1) Regulation (EU) No  1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on the financing, management and monitoring of the common agricultural policy is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In Article 111(1) (Publication of beneficiaries) omit the final unnumbered subparagraph.

(1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No  908/2014 of 6 August 2014 laying down rules for the application of Regulation (EU) No  1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to paying agencies and other bodies, financial management, clearance of accounts, rules on checks, securities and transparency is amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (4).
(2) In Article 4(1) (Relevant authorities acting jointly) omit point (ii).
(3) For Article 59 (Form and date of publication) substitute—“
Article 59
The information referred to in paragraph 1 of Article 111 of Regulation (EU) No  1306/2013 shall be published by 30 June each year for the preceding financial year and shall remain available for two years from the date of their initial publication.
”.
(4) Omit Article 62 (The Single Website).
