(1) This Order may be cited as the Access to the Countryside (Coastal Margin) (Kingswear to Lyme Regis) Order 2024 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2) In this Order—
 “the Act” means the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949;
 “the relevant approvals” means the approval, by the Secretary of State under section 52(1) of the Act on 18th March 2021 of the—
(a) England Coast Path Kingswear to Lyme Regis Chapter 1, Kingswear to Sharkham Point report;
(b) England Coast Path Kingswear to Lyme Regis Chapter 2, Sharkham Point to Paignton (Marine Parade) report;
(c) England Coast Path Kingswear to Lyme Regis Chapter 3, Paignton (Marine Parade) to Maidencombe report;
(d) England Coast Path Kingswear to Lyme Regis Chapter 4, Maidencombe to Holcombe report;
(e) England Coast Path Kingwear to Lyme Regis Chapter 5, Holcombe to Exmouth report;
(f) England Coast Path Kingwear to Lyme Regis Chapter 6, Exmouth to Otter Estuary report;
(g) England Coast Path Kingwear to Lyme Regis Chapter 7, Otter Estuary to Sid Estuary report;
(h) England Coast Path Kingwear to Lyme Regis Chapter 8, Sid Estuary to Axe Estuary report;
(i) England Coast Path Kingwear to Lyme Regis Chapter 9, Axe Estuary to Lyme Regis report.
 “the relevant reports” means the reports, submitted by Natural England to the Secretary of State under sections 51 and 55A of the Act on 30th March 2017  entitled—
(a) England Coast Path Kingswear to Lyme Regis Chapter 1, Kingswear to Sharkham Point;
(b) England Coast Path Kingswear to Lyme Regis Chapter 2, Sharkham Point to Paignton (Marine Parade);
(c) England Coast Path Kingswear to Lyme Regis Chapter 3, Paignton (Marine Parade) to Maidencombe;
(d) England Coast Path Kingswear to Lyme Regis Chapter 4, Maidencombe to Holcombe;
(e) England Coast Path Kingwear to Lyme Regis Chapter 5, Holcombe to Exmouth;
(f) England Coast Path Kingwear to Lyme Regis Chapter 6, Exmouth to Otter Estuary;
(g) England Coast Path Kingwear to Lyme Regis Chapter 7, Otter Estuary to Sid Estuary;
(h) England Coast Path Coast Path Kingwear to Lyme Regis Chapter 8, Sid Estuary to Axe Estuary;
(i) England Coast Path Kingwear to Lyme Regis Chapter 9, Axe Estuary to Lyme Regis.

In relation to land which is coastal margin as a result of the relevant approvals of the relevant reports, the day appointed as the day on which the access preparation period ends is 25th July 2024.
