(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Higher Education (Registration Fees) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into force on 13th June 2023.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
(3) Regulation 2 applies to the amount of the ongoing fee payable by an institution on or after 1st August 2023.
