(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Flexible Working (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into force on 6th April 2024.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland.

Regulation 3 (entitlement to make an application) of the Flexible Working Regulations is omitted.
