(1) The title of this Order is the Animal Health (Poultry Compartments and Animal Gatherings) (Fees) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2022.
(2) It applies in relation to Wales and comes into force on 1 December 2022.

(1) The Poultry Compartments (Fees) (Wales) Order 2010 is amended as follows.
(2) In the table in the Schedule, in each place it occurs omit “+ VAT”.
3 

(1) The Animal Gatherings (Fees) (Wales) Order 2018 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 2, in the definition of “collection centre”, for “a premises” substitute “premises”.
(3) For the Schedule substitute the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order.
4 
The amendments made by articles 2 and 3 have no effect in relation to any fee charged in relation to an application received by the Welsh Ministers before the coming into force of this Order.
