These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Tariff and Reliefs) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2022 and come into force on 14th October 2022.

In the Customs (Special Procedures and Outward Processing) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, in regulation 32(2) (authorised uses), for ““Authorised Use: Eligible Goods and Authorised Uses (version 2.5)” dated 1st June 2022” substitute ““Authorised Use: Eligible Goods and Authorised Uses (version 2.6)” dated 20th September 2022”.
