(1) This Order may be cited as the Protection of Wrecks (Designation and Amendment) (England) Order 2022 and comes into force on 2nd June 2022.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales but applies only in England.

(1) This provision designates four areas around sites where a vessel or vessels lie, or are supposed to lie, wrecked on or in the sea bed.
(2) These sites are listed in the first column of the Schedule and the position of each site is given in the corresponding entry in the second column of the Schedule.
(3) For each site so listed, the area within the distance from the site specified in the corresponding entry in the third column of the Schedule is designated as a restricted area.
(4) A restricted area designated under paragraph (3) does not include any part of that area which is above high water mark of ordinary spring tides.

(1) The entry for The Hazardous, Bracklesham Bay, in Table 1 of Schedule 1 to the Protection of Wrecks (Designation) (England) (No. 2) Order 2017 is amended as follows.
(2) For the position in the second column substitute—“

Latitude 50.752242
Longitude -0.859310”.
4 
The Protection of Wrecks (Designation No. 3) Order 1997 is revoked.
