These Regulations may be cited as the Organic Products (Amendment)
			(EU Exit) Regulations 2019 and come into force on exit day.

(1) The Organic Products Regulations 2009  are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(1)—
(a) in the definition of  “specified EU provision” omit  “EU”;
(b) insert at the appropriate place—““third country” means any country or territory other than—
(a) the United Kingdom,
(b) the Bailiwick of Guernsey,
(c) the Bailiwick of Jersey, or
(d) the Isle of Man.”.
(3) In regulation 6(1) for “the European Union” substitute “Great Britain”.
(4) In regulation 7(1) for “the European Union” substitute “Great Britain”.
(5) In regulation 18 omit  “EU” in both places.
(6) In regulation 22—
(a) omit  “EU” in both places;
(b) in paragraph (2) for “the European Union” substitute “Great Britain”.
(7) In regulation 23—
(a) in paragraph (1) omit  “EU”;
(b) in paragraph (2) omit  “, including any representative of the European Commission”.
(8) In regulation 26(1)(a) omit  “EU”.
(9) In the Schedule—
(a) in the heading omit  “EU”;
(b) in the table at column 1 omit  “Article 25(1) of the Council Regulation”;
(c) in the table at column 2 omit  “Articles 57 and 58 of Commission Regulation 889/2008”;
(d) in the table at column 3 omit the words from  “Use of the” to  “products”.
