The title of this Order is the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 (Commencement No.4) Order 2012.
2 
The following provisions of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 come into force on 1 April 2012—
(a) sections 2, 23, 138, 139 and 146 to the extent that these sections are not already in force;
(b) Schedules 1, 4 and 12 to the extent these Schedules are not already in force;
(c) sections 3, 5 and 6;
(d) section 7 except for
(i) subsections (2) and (6) where those subsections relate to Part 5, and
(ii) subsections (3)(b), (4), (8) and (10);
(e) Schedule 2 except for paragraph 8(2)(a);
(f) sections 8 to 10 and 12 to 15;
(g) section 16 except for subsections (2)(a) and (b);
(h) sections 17 to 19;
(i) Part 4 is commenced as follows:
(i) Chapters 2 to 5,
(ii) Chapter 8, and
(iii) Chapter 9 except for section 69;
(j) Schedules 5 to 9;
(k) Part 6;
(l) paragraphs 9 and 18 of Schedule 11 and section 120(4) in so far as it relates to those paragraphs;
(m) sections 134 to 137;
(n) section 140 except for the following:
(i) subsection (1)(c), and
(ii) subsections (1)(d) and (e) where those subsections refer to investigations under Part 5;
(o) section 141 except for the following:
(i) subparagraph (a) of the definition of “complainant”, and
(ii) subparagraph (b) of the definition of “investigation”;
(p) sections 142, 143, 144(3)(b) and 147.
