This Order may be cited as the Overseas Territories (Change of Name) (No. 6) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 14th January 2012.

(1) Schedule 12 to the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2007 is amended by substituting for the words “St Helena and Dependencies” the words “St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha”.
(2) Schedule 2 to the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (Overseas Territories) Order 2001 is amended by substituting for the words “St Helena and its Dependencies” the words “St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha”.
(3) Schedule 3 to the Civil Aviation Act 1949 (Overseas Territories) Order 1969 is amended by –
(a) deleting, after the words “Falkland Islands”, the words “(Colony and Dependencies)”;
(b) inserting in the list of territories, in the appropriate alphabetical position, “South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands”; and
(c) substituting for the words “St Helena and its Dependencies” the words “St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha”.
(4) The Schedule to the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) (Environmental Standards) Order 2004 is amended by substituting for the words “St Helena” and “St Helena Dependencies (Tristan da Cunha and Ascension Island)” the words “St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha”.
