(1) The title of these Regulations is the Agricultural Subsidies and Grants Schemes (Appeals) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2010.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales, and come into force on 9 August 2010.

(1) The Agricultural Subsidies and Grants Schemes (Appeals) (Wales) Regulations 2006  are amended in accordance with this regulation.
(2) In regulation 2(1) and in the Schedule replace references to  “Community legislation” with references to  “EU legislation”.
(3) In regulation 2(2) replace the reference to  “a Community instrument” with a reference to  “an EU instrument”.
(4) In the Schedule after paragraph (12) add—“
