This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) (Fees) (England) Order 2010, applies in England and comes into force on 6th April 2010.

A person who applies for a disinfectant to be approved under article 3 of the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) (England) Order 2007 must, when applying, pay to the Secretary of State—
(a) a fee of £1,770 for administrative services, plus
(b) the fee for testing for the relevant purpose in the Schedule.
3 
Where Value Added Tax is chargeable in respect of the provision of any service for which a fee is prescribed in Article 2 and the Schedule there is payable in addition to that fee a further fee equivalent to the amount of Value Added Tax.
4 
The Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) (Fees) (England) Order 2009 is revoked.
