
Article 1 
For the 2010 fishing year, the amounts of the carry-over aid referred to in Article 23 of Regulation (EC) No 104/2000, and the amounts of the flat-rate aid referred to in Article 24(4) of that Regulation, are set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
Article 2 
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2010.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.Done at Brussels, 22 December 2009.
