These Regulations may be cited as the Noise Emission in the Environment by Equipment for Use Outdoors (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 3rd January 2006.

The Noise Emission in the Environment by Equipment for Use Outdoors Regulations 2001 are amended by substituting for the table in Schedule 3 the table set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
