This Act may be cited as  “The Metropolitan Commons Amendment Act 1869.”

The following words shall be added to the interpretation of the term 

				“common” in the third clause of the Metropolitan Commons Act, 1866; namely, 

				“and any land subject to be included under the provisions of the eighth and ninth Victoria, chapter one hundred and eighteen.”

A scheme may be made, under the Metropolitan Commons Act 1866, on a memorial in that behalf presented to the Commissioners by any twelve or more ratepayers, inhabitants of the parish or parishes in which the metropolitan common is situate, as well as by any such person, persons, or body as is or are described in section six of the said Act.
