This Order may be cited as the Court of Judicature (Non-Contentious Probate) Fees (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2023 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2023.

The Court of Judicature (Non-Contentious Probate) Fees Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 is amended as follows.

For Schedule 1 substitute the new Schedule 1 set out in the Schedule to this Order.
