These Regulations may be cited as the Welfare Foods (Best Start Foods) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021 and come into force on 1 August 2021.

The Welfare Foods (Best Start Foods) (Scotland) Regulations 2019 are amended in accordance with regulations 3, 4 and 5.
