(1) This order may be cited as the Public Health Notifiable Diseases Order (Northern Ireland) 2021 and shall come into operation on 8th July 2021.
(2) In this order “the Act” means the Public Health Act (Northern Ireland) 1967.

(1) Schedule 1 to the Act shall be amended by the insertion of Hepatitis C.
(2) Accordingly the notifiable diseases to which the Act applies from the commencement of this Order are those set out in the Schedule which shall be substituted for Schedule 1 to the Act.

The Public Health Notifiable Diseases Order (Northern Ireland) 2020 (No. 23) is revoked.
