(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 8) Regulations 2020.
(2) Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on 8 August 2020 at 0400 hours.
(3) Regulations 2(2)(b) and (c) come into force on 11 August 2020 at 0400 hours.

(1) The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In Part 1 of schedule A1 (countries and territories),
(a) omit—
(i) “Andorra”,
(ii) “The Bahamas”,
(iii) “Belgium”,
(b) after “Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba” insert “Brunei”, and
(c) after “Macau” insert “Malaysia”.

(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the amendments made by these Regulations do not apply in relation to any person who arrived in Scotland during the period beginning at 0001 hours on 8 June 2020 and ending immediately prior to the coming into force of these Regulations, and the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 continue to apply to such persons as if the amendments made by these Regulations had not been made.
(2) The amendments made by regulations 2(2)(b) and (c) of these Regulations do not apply in relation to any person who arrived in Scotland during the period beginning at 0001 hours on 8 June 2020 and ending immediately prior to the coming into force of regulations 2(2)(b) and (c) in accordance with regulation 1(3), and the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 continue to apply to such persons as if the amendments made by regulations 2(2)(b) and (c) of these Regulations had not been made.
