These Regulations may be cited as the South of Scotland Enterprise (Transfer of Property and Liabilities) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 and come into force on 1 June 2020.

In these Regulations—
 “Scottish Enterprise” means Scottish Enterprise established under the Enterprise and New Towns (Scotland) Act 1990.

The transferring property and liabilities of Scottish Enterprise for the purposes of section 20(2) of the South of Scotland Enterprise Act 2019 are—
(a) all rights and interests belonging to Scottish Enterprise in any land and corporeal moveable property situated in the South of Scotland,
(b) all rights and interests (other than rights or interests in land or corporeal moveable property) belonging to Scottish Enterprise so far as those relate to the South of Scotland other than those relating to the national purposes of Scottish Enterprise, and
(c) all those liabilities and obligations pertaining to the South of Scotland to which Scottish Enterprise is subject other than those relating to the national purposes of Scottish Enterprise.
