(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Food (Miscellaneous Amendments and Revocations) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2019 and come into operation on 11th February 2019.
(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
PART 2

(1) The Preserved Sardines (Marketing Standards) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1990 are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

(2) In regulation 2(1) (Interpretation) for the definitions of “Regulation 882/2004”, “Regulation 183/2005”, “Regulation 152/2009” and “Regulation 767/2009” substitute:“
