This Order may be cited as the Fundable Bodies (Scotland) Order 2013 and comes into force on 10th December 2013.

In schedule 2 (fundable bodies) to the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005—
(a) omit the entries for—Aberdeen College of Further Education;
 The Adam Smith College, Fife;
 Angus College of Further Education; and
 Anniesland College;
(b) for “Ayr College” substitute “Ayrshire College”;
(c) omit the entries for—
 Banff and Buchan College of Further Education;
 The Barony College;
 Cardonald College;
 Carnegie College;
 Clydebank College; and
 Cumbernauld College;
(d) for “Dundee College” substitute “Dundee and Angus College”;
(e) for “Edinburgh’s Telford College” substitute “Edinburgh College”;
(f) omit the entry for Elmwood College;
