(1) This Order may be cited as the Forestry (2010 Act) (Commencement No. 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 2013.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Forestry Act (Northern Ireland) 2010.

17th June 2013 is the day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the Act listed in the Schedule.
