This Order may be cited as the Local Government Finance (Scotland) Amendment Order 2012 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it made.

For Schedule 1 (revenue support grant and distribution of non-domestic rate income 2012-2013) to the Local Government Finance (Scotland) Order 2012, substitute the Schedule 1 set out in the Schedule to this Order.
