This Order may be cited as the Police Grant (Variation) (Scotland) Order 2012 and comes into force on 1st January 2013 but article 2 has effect from 1st April 2012.

The Police Grant and Variation (Scotland) Order 2012 is varied as follows—
(a) in article 2 (aggregate amounts of grants for financial year 2012-2013) for “£708,120,000” substitute “£720,127,000”; and
(b) in article 3 (amount of grant to an authority for financial year 2012-2013) for the Table substitute the following Table—“
