These Regulations may be cited as the Planning (Listed Buildings) (Prescribed Form of Notices) (Scotland) Regulations 2011 and come into force on 1st December 2011.

A notice of liability for expenses is to be in, or as near as may be in, the form set out in Part 1 of the Schedule.

A notice of renewal is to be in, or as near as may be in, the form set out in Part 2 of the Schedule.
4 
A notice of determination is to be in, or as near as may be in, the form set out in Part 3 of the Schedule.
5 
A notice of discharge is to be in, or as near as may be in, the form of notice set out in Part 4 of the Schedule.

Regulations 2 to 5
PART 1
This notice gives details of expenses of certain urgent works carried out in relation to the listed building specified in the notice. A person may, on becoming owner of the listed building, be liable by virtue of section 50A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997 for any outstanding expenses relating to the works.

PART 2
This notice gives details of expenses of certain urgent works carried out in relation to the listed building specified in the notice. The amount relates to works in respect of which a notice of liability for expenses has been registered.

PART 3
This notice specifies the amount recoverable in a notice given by the Scottish Ministers under section 50(5) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservations Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997. The amount relates to works in respect of which a notice of liability for expenses has been registered.

PART 4
