(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Plant Health (Import Inspection Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 and shall come into operation on 1 January 2012.
(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Northern Ireland Assembly.

(1) The Plant Health (Import Inspection Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 shall be amended as follows.
(2) For Schedule 1 there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in schedule 1 to these Regulations.
(3) For Schedule 2 there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in schedule 2 to these Regulations.
(4) For Schedule 3 there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in schedule 3 to these Regulations.
