This Order may be cited as the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Scotland) Order 2010 and comes into force on 10th June 2010.

For the purposes of Part II of the Criminal Law (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1995 the following are designated:—
(a) the sports grounds specified in Schedule 1 to this Order;
(b) the classes of sporting events specified in Part I of Schedule 2 to this Order, at any of the sports grounds specified in Schedule 1 to this Order;
(c) the classes of sporting events taking place outside Great Britain specified in Part II of Schedule 2 to this Order.

The Orders specified in Schedule 3 to this Order are revoked.
4 
This Order extends to Scotland except that article 2(c) also extends beyond Scotland but, where it does so, it so extends only as a matter of Scots Law.

Association football matches (other than those specified in paragraphs 1 to 5 above) which come within the jurisdiction of the Scottish Football Association Limited.
PART IIAssociation football matches at a sports ground outside Great Britain in which one of the participating teams represents—
(a) the Scottish Football Association Limited; or
(b) a club which is a member of the Scottish Premier League; or
(c) a club which is a member of the Scottish Football League; or
(d) a club which is a member of the Scottish Highland Football League.
