This Order may be cited as the Dangerous Wild Animals (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 (Modification) Order (Northern Ireland) 2010 and shall come into operation on 22nd February 2010.

For the Schedule to the Dangerous Wild Animals (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 substitute the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order.
