(1) This Order may be cited as the Judiciary and Courts (Scotland) Act 2008 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2009.
(2) References to “the Act” mean the Judiciary and Courts (Scotland) Act 2008.

The day appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of the Act specified in column (1) of the Schedule (the subject matter of each provision being mentioned in column (2)) is 1st June 2009.
